To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If purchased in-store, please return to the same store you purchased your item from to do the return.

For online purchases if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the item you received was damaged or faulty, we will provide a free return label, but for all other returns, you are responsible to pay for your return.

Damages and incorrect item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. you’ll be automatically refunded on to your original payment method. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return to sender policy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of placing your order is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. We strongly recommend double-checking your address details to avoid any unnecessary delays and additional costs.
