For online purchases if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the item you received was damaged or faulty, we will provide a free return label, but for all other returns, you are responsible to pay for your return.

Damages and incorrect item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. you’ll be automatically refunded on to your original payment method. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return to sender policy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of placing your order is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Perfect Gift for Overseas Relatives - Excellent value

Thank you. These calendars, like the various calendars I buy each year, are wonderful!

My elderly overseas relatives love calendars featuring Australia's unique wildlife. The quality of the photos in these calendars is great, and the variety of creatures shown from month to month is very good!

Well-packed and prompt delivery.

My only tiny quibble is the specified dimensions; not just for these mini calendars, but other types and formats of calendars across the range, too. The dimensions quoted for this are 305mm x 305mm. It's more like (my guess) 200mm x 200mm.

I urge someone at Calendar Club to check all the calendars' dimensions. A simple but thorough audit shouldn't take too long! After all, there all only a few standard sizes; it can't be too difficult to check, and get this right.

Please, please note that for delivery overseas, the dimensions of a calendar drastically affect the cost of postage. A few years ago, the calendars I ordered were larger than the dimensions quoted. The postage cost ended up being triple (TRIPLE! 3 times!!!) the price of the calendar.

Despite the quoted 305mm x 305mm dimensions for the 'mini' wall calendars, I assumed the calendars I ordered would be smaller than this. They were! Thank you! The postage charge to The Netherlands was quite reasonable.

This is my only very slightly negative comment. I will still definitely keep buying calendars every year!
